Matthew & Amy Ledford, Founders

With years of real estate experience, Matthew knows that a probate transaction is successful when his client has had their needs and goals met, with the least amount of stress possible. For Matthew, that entails a team approach and begins with carefully listening as his clients share their stories. In creating a customized plan, budget and timeline for getting each and every customer the most out of their probate real estate, he draws from both his experience and education.

Matthew earned a degree in Business Administration from the Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina . Soon after, Matthew earned a Master in Education in Family/Agency Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with an interest in helping families manage change.

For the last twenty years, Matthew has managed a successful internet marketing company working closely with Yahoo!, Google and serving many national brands.  

In recent years  he found real estate to be an excellent fit for him. 

Throughout his real estate practice, probate sales have been a focus for him. He has felt that probate was an area where people were often under-served and yet frequently need the most help. Matthew & Amy understand just how difficult it can be trying to navigate through the probate process while often still dealing with the loss of a loved one. Their goal is to help you simplify what can be a complicated process for estate representatives. They aim to mediate and manage the process by providing expertise and knowledge to make this as painless as possible.

He has developed a team of carefully selected service providers to help guide and assist you through the probate process from start to finish, including attorneys, investors, estate planners, financial advisors, clean out and (if necessary) repair crews, estate sales teams and other vendors who work together to maximize your estate and shorten the time it takes to get things done. Essentially, Matthew is ready and fully prepared to do whatever it takes to achieve your most desired results, as quickly as possible, with the least added stress for you.
